Our journey began in 2006, when I first entered the transportation industry. Over the years, I’ve worked in nearly every part of the field — from food delivery routes and snow-plowing major highways to six years of data-center logistics and secure device destruction (DBD). Each step shaped the experience and reliability we bring to our company today.

Now, my wife and I are building something of our own — a family-driven transportation service dedicated to helping customers move what matters most. With decades of hands-on experience and a purpose-focused mission, we’re here to connect your goods to where they need to be, safely and on time.

Our Vision: Delivering More Than Freight

At F & M Strategic Solutions, we believe every delivery is an opportunity to give back. That’s why we dedicate a portion of our revenue from each load — to support local homeless shelters in the cities we serve. Our drivers are the heart of this mission — they don’t just deliver freight, they help deliver hope by making sure that, in every city we visit, we’re also delivering meals and support to those in need.

Standard Market Rate Sheet

  • Local (0–25 miles):

    $125 – $175 minimum

    Short Regional (25–75 miles):

    $2.75 – $3.25 per mile

    Mid Regional (75–150 miles):

    $3.00 – $3.75 per mile

    Long Regional (150–300 miles):

    $2.50 – $3.00 per mile

    Over 300 miles (long haul):

    $2.00 – $2.60 per mile
